My name is Aviv Kinel and im a graduate of the jewelry design department of Shenkar Institute of Design in Israel. I combine a creation of one of a kind jewellery, displayed in galleries in Israel and Overseas alongside commercial collection.
My jewelry is characterized by meticulous and complex work, Inspired by nature, Traditional handicrafts, Places and Objects that technology has not reached. produced in small quantities, however with a simple presence and boldness. My creation is a modern version of ethnic tribal jewelry, combining traditional silversmithing withe manual weaving of cotton threads and wood carving, together they form one organic unit.
My work is intuitive, and is not affected by fashion trends and therefore more diverse and unique. Design for me is a way of expression, a language that allows me to communicate, express feeling, and touching people.
